What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to the company’s internal and external clients across a variety of products and services
- Offer assistance with Windows operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in ticketing systems
- Communicate effectively with customers to convey confidence and resolve issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for the employer
- Current college student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in an AS or BS program
- Completion of a minimum of 30 credit hours with an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and convert to a full-time employee within 1 year
