What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support to internal and external clients on various technical products and services
- Assist users with Windows operating system issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in ticketing systems
- Engage in hands-on learning to develop IT skills and knowledge

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Current college student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in an AS or BS program
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and convert to full-time within one year
