What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to the company’s internal and external clients on a range of products and services
- Assist users with Windows operating system issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical problems related to software, hardware, or network connectivity
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorization to work in the United States for the employer
- Current college student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in an AS or BS program
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week and the ability to transition to full-time employment within one year
