What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical support to internal and external clients on a variety of products and services

- Resolve basic technical problems involving software, hardware, or network connectivity

- Engage in a minimum of 20 hours of work per week to maximize training experience

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for the employer
- Current college student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in an AS or BS program
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours
- Good academic standing with an overall GPA of 2.5 or higher
