What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the employer’s internal and external clients on a wide range of technical products and services
- Provide assistance with Windows operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues related to software, hardware, or network connectivity
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Current college student enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours in an AS or BS program
- Completion of at least 30 credit hours with a minimum overall GPA of 2.5
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the program
