      Job Description :

      • Collaborate with the UX Research team to define objectives and execute research plans.
      • Assist in planning and conducting user research and competitive analysis.
      • Help shape user stories, personas, and journey maps based on research findings.
      • Conduct usability tests and remote user interviews, ensuring high-quality moderation.
      • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and provide clear, actionable insights tailored to the African market.
      • Communicate findings effectively to align with ongoing projects.
      • Assist with the writing of reports and presentations.
      • Adhere to established UX research best practices and methodologies.
      • Moderation Experience: At least 2 years of experience conducting remote usability testing or user interviews.
      • Data Analysis: At least 2 years of experience analyzing qualitative data from usability tests and user interviews.
      • Collaboration: A demonstrated ability to work closely with an in-house team, following our lead while bringing valuable insights to the table.
      • Best Practices: Solid knowledge of user research best practices, ensuring methodological rigour and actionable insights.
      • Educational Background: A degree in Psychology, Neuropsychology, Social Sciences, or Anthropology is beneficial but not essential.
      • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication.
      • At least half of the researchers must be fluent in both French and English.
      • While fluency in English is required, it is a huge bonus if the researchers can speak/write a widely used African language (e.g., French, Arabic, Portuguese).
