- Educate doctors and their staff on the functionality and use of the Practice Fusion EHR
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and accurate responses
- Document and manage customer interactions in Salesforce CRM system
- Identify trends and provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
