What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide Level-2 support for actuarial users and manage software and infrastructure for financial modeling
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the PMCS environment
- Maintain access permissions and manage the Access Control List (ACL)
- Document systems, processes, and assets related to financial modeling
- Assist with testing and implementation of production-ready financial models across various divisions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to prioritize and organize multiple tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Familiarity with flow charts and diagrams, such as UML and BPMN
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies
- Basic coding knowledge in Visual Studio working with APIs and cross-platform solutions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Understanding of actuarial modeling platforms and cloud-based systems
- 0-2 years of experience in administration of FIS software suite or other actuarial software suites
- Customer service focus and troubleshooting skills
- Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a technology-related field
