Technical expert and co-lead of the 3rd party LMS platform
Uncovers customer and internal staff needs and translates them into user stories and requirements
Aligns business goals with creation and execution of the product roadmap
Becomes go-to resource on platform functionality, integrations, data, and reporting
Develops deep understanding of internal and 3rd party vendor roadmap and technology stack.
Supports relationship with 3rd party platform provider, and advocates for our business needs
Develops documentation and provides expert-level support for our customer, technical support, and sales team
Drives platform improvements by fulfilling roadmap landmarks
Supports conceptualization, implementation, and monitoring of all integrations with external products
Develops documentation regarding integrations, new processes, and step-by-step instructions
Defines, implements, and runs a platform analytics strategy built on key user critical metrics
Previous experience with technical product management, preferably with an LMS or academic product background
Experience running products built on 3rd party platforms
Experience building workflows with web-based automation and integration tools; using APIs, webhooks, LTI Integrations, and platforms like Zapier and Workato
Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor behavior
Experience in gathering and interpreting qualitative product data and customer feedback
Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization
Well honed communication and collaboration skills
Experience with systems design and development from business requirements analysis to day-to-day management
BA or equivalent experience, CS or business degree a plus

Base Pay Range
The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
