What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate on and implement technical and programmatic solutions for criminal justice data
- Coordinate and maintain oversight of project cost, scope, performance, and schedule
- Evaluate technical proposals and plan research and analytic activities
- Communicate and assign deliverables to research staff while engaging with stakeholders
- Facilitate regular team meetings in collaboration with research division leadership

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business analytics, criminal justice, social science, public policy, or public administration
- Minimum of five years of project management experience or equivalent combination of experience
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate, assign tasks, and manage timelines for project completion
- Skilled in project management tools such as Asana and Jira
- Knowledgeable in programming languages including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Python, or R

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Project management certification (PMP, CSM, etc.)
- Experienced with version control software, including GitHub
- Competent in applying quality assurance techniques and ensuring reproducible research processes
- Strong research, writing, and editing capabilities
- Dedication to public service and commitment to equity and inclusion
