What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a support liaison between the employer and customers
- Answer overflow customer calls 24/7/365, especially during critical times
- Handle after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls for UK/Ireland customers
- Perform after-hours dispatching and engage with field personnel nationwide
- Maintain records in accordance with quality and regulatory requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent military training
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Formal or informal leadership experience preferred

- Experience in a technical support role
- Familiarity with quality and FDA requirements
- Knowledge of customer relationship management tools
