      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a support liaison between the employer and customers, addressing overflow calls 24/7/365
      - Handle after-hours, weekend, and holiday calls for the UK/Ireland Affiliate, coordinating with technical experts
      - Perform after-hours dispatching and engage with field personnel nationwide
      - Maintain records in accordance with quality and FDA requirements
      - Contribute to the overall success of the company through effective customer interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree or equivalent military training
      - Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
      - Availability for 2nd shift hours (2 PM - 10 PM) and rotating weekend shifts
      - Formal or informal leadership experience preferred
      - Ability to work any shift, with schedules determined quarterly

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a technical support role
      - Familiarity with quality and FDA compliance standards
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
