What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide field-level support to customers and potential new customers for acute urology products
- Conduct product demonstrations, in-servicing, and assessments for effective product use
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships within supported accounts
- Communicate new business opportunities and product interest to the Territory Manager
- Complete required administrative duties, including reports and evaluations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required with 0 to 2 years of general sales experience
- Ability to travel 80%, including overnight travel
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and planning skills
- Good judgment, maturity, and strong time management skills
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a team environment, preferably within a sales context
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and demonstrate independent thinking
- Knowledge of vendor credentialing and/or certification in the relevant clinical field
- Familiarity with mathematical processes and ability to interpret numerical data
- Previous experience attending medical conferences or providing education to healthcare professionals
