What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Edit raw video footage into polished training videos that align with the company's branding
- Enhance video content with graphics, music, sound effects, and animations as needed
- Manage multiple video projects simultaneously to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content
- Maintain organized workflows and adhere to documented processes for video production

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Digital Media, Media Production, Integrated Media, or related field
- 0-2 years of video editing and motion graphics experience
- Basic videographer experience with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Extensive working knowledge of video editing software such as Premiere and After Effects

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience and skills in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to learn quickly and receive mentoring to gain new skills
