HALO is looking for a Associate Web Operations Specialist to join our team. The Associate Web Operations Specialist Supports Web Product Specialists and senior team members by assisting with eCommerce projects and performing foundational tasks like documentation, testing, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering business requirements and maintaining project documentation.
• Perform initial setup, configuration, and testing for client projects under supervision.
• Maintain clear communication with team members to provide task updates and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Research eCommerce best practices, analyze trends and efficiencies, and present findings to the team, focusing on strategies to enhance growth, streamline operations, and identify opportunities for improved workflows and customer engagement.
• Work on defined tasks related to data entry, technical testing, and integration processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
