What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and manage key relationships with group leaders, lodging contacts, tourism offices, and third-party agencies to drive revenue
- Foster relationships with meeting planners and corporate contacts to meet food and beverage revenue goals
- Prepare reports outlining catering contracts, labor needs, and service standards for events
- Generate, track, and submit sales agreements while addressing customer service issues during group functions
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing teams to create programs that attract guests
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tourism or hospitality sales
- Bachelor's Degree in hospitality, marketing, or a sales-related field preferred
- Proven track record as a high-impact sales manager with the ability to effect change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Availability for business travel, including evenings and weekends
