      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the development of a curriculum focused on the role of statistics and AI in educational research
      - Conduct market analysis to identify target audiences for the new master's program
      - Collaborate with the Program Development committee to create required and elective course lists
      - Define key concepts and learning objectives for each course offered in the program
      - Ensure ethical considerations of AI usage in educational research are integrated into the curriculum

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Doctorate in Statistics, Psychometrics, or Computer Science
      - If the candidate has a PhD, they will be hired as fixed-term faculty; if they have a Master's Degree, they will be hired as fixed-term academic specialist
      - Proven experience in curriculum design/development, especially in an online learning environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Background in artificial intelligence, quantitative measurement, or science and technology studies
      - Experience leading or developing academic programs in higher education
