Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom areas to replenish the kitchen serving areas for the purpose of making items available to staff.
Cleans utensils, equipment, and the storage, food preparation and serving areas for the purpose of maintaining sanitary conditions.
Inspects food items, work areas, etc. (e.g. personal hygiene, proper food temperatures, etc.) for the purpose of preventing cross contamination of food borne illnesses.
Prepares and Produces product needed to prepare cold sandwiches and salads with limited hot food preparation for sandwiches and salads.
Receive food and beverage orders from team members. Serves (e.g. hands a pre-made or pre purchased item) one or more items of food for the purpose of meeting mandated nutritional requirements and/or requests of staff
Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
Education Required: High School or Equivalent
Must be able to stand and/or walk for duration of shift
Work is performed in a casino / hotel setting.
Must be tolerant to varying conditions of noise level, temperature, illumination, and air quality.
May be exposed to smoke
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
Constant contact with executives, department management, employees, and guests.
Prolonged sitting or standing and mobility.
Balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, repetitive motions Lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
Eye/hand coordination.
Use of standard office equipment.
Ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
Must be able to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
