      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review new file assignments and draft initial pleadings and discovery documents
      - Prepare briefs to assist clients in small claims court
      - Draft responses to discovery demands and assist clients with related inquiries
      - Review and serve responses to discovery demands
      - Assist attorneys in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor degree (Required)
      - Current 3L Law student, awaiting bar results
      - Foundational skills in legal knowledge, business knowledge, and analytical skills
      - Proficiency in MS Office suite
      - Project management skills and law firm/vendor management experience

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with legal document preparation and litigation
      - Strong skills in evidence gathering and legal research
      - Demonstrated customer-centric approach and inclusive leadership qualities
