      Attractions (runDisney) Seasonal Cast Members have passion for the safety of our Guests while creating a flawless experience throughout their stay! We are responsible for crafting an optimal experience by engaging Guests, prepping for races, distributing race material, delivering narrations of varying lengths in front of large groups, and providing audience control in various weather conditions.       Candidates interested in this role will need to be available for race dates and training dates in March as well as have full weekend availability (Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday) for race/event weekends:

      • Spring Event: 4/18/24 - 4/21/24
      • Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend: 10/31/24-11/3/24
      • Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend: 1/8/25-1/12/25
      • Princess Half Marathon Weekend: 1/20/25-1/24/25
      • Spring Event: 4/3/25-4/6/25

      • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
      • Physical role requiring heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and kneeling as well as standing for long periods of time and walking long distances
      • Good judgment and decision making
      • Observational skills to proactively identify Guest needs and ensure safety guidelines are being followed
      • Strong interpersonal and verbal communications skills
      • Driver's license from any state
      • Flexibility with work schedule, including additional hours, weekends, and holidays
      • Bilingual preferred
      • Proven knowledge of routes & roadways to destinations within the Walt Disney World Resort, including Theme Parks, Water Parks, Resorts, and Disney Springs

      SCHEDULE AVAILABILTY Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 5:00am while some may end as late as 3:00am, 4:00am or 5:00am. Please note that the principles of seniority are used to schedule all roles.
