What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Audience Intelligence team on audience insights and activation strategies
- Maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards connecting various data sources
- Pull insights from dashboards to guide audience segmentation and targeting
- Write basic SQL queries to build key data tables in cloud environments
- Present findings to internal teams and clients, aligning results with business objectives

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong analytical mindset and experience working with data sets in an advertising or marketing context
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including Pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Experience with Tableau or another data visualization platform
- Knowledge of SQL or R programming languages
- Excellent communication skills to translate data into narratives for non-data teams

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous agency experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with web analytics software and ad-serving platforms
- Experience using audience insights tools and customer data
- Knowledge of data integration and marketing automation tools
- Interest in continuous learning about media channels and advertising capabilities
