What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and respond to requests for AV support via various communication channels
- Provide timely technical support and notify supervisors when issues arise
- Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for events in designated spaces
- Conduct weekly checks on AV equipment to ensure operational readiness
- Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in at least 12 credits
- Must remain in good academic and disciplinary standing
- Ability to perform moderately heavy physical duties, including lifting equipment up to 35 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills and professional work habits
- Strong oral and written communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous AV experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Dependable, organized, and capable of multitasking
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
