What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee project management functions, ensuring timely, accurate, and budget-friendly completion of projects
- Coordinate communications and activities among stakeholders to maintain project flow
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring proper documentation and design reviews
- Monitor project financials, including labor, equipment, and materials budgets
- Act as the primary interface with clients, managing expectations and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager in commercial construction
- Deep knowledge and experience with audio/video systems and low voltage electrical projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven supervisory and leadership abilities
- A PMP certification from the Project Management Institute and AVIXA CTS certification

- Additional relevant certifications that enhance project management expertise
- Experience in complex technical problem-solving and stakeholder management
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
