What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee project management functions, budgets, and scopes on all projects
- Act as a mentor to other Project Managers within the company
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, managing expectations and communications
- Coordinate and communicate project activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- PMP certification required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a project manager in commercial construction trades
- Strong financial background in project cost accounting
- Deep knowledge and experience with audio/video (AV) systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- AVIXA CTS certification
- Experience with low voltage electrical projects
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical and people-related problems
