What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct audits of franchisee sales data, operational procedures, and financial statements
- Review monthly royalty reports for accuracy and compliance
- Present audit findings and respond to follow-up communications
- Address royalty reporting and audit-related inquiries from franchisees
- Perform ad hoc audits as necessary to ensure compliance with the Franchise Agreement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Basic knowledge of accounting theory and principles
- Ability to document accurate information and maintain organized files
- Understanding of basic financial terminology and ability to conduct financial analyses
- Strong communication skills via phone and email, with the ability to prepare final reports
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including V-Lookup and Pivot Tables

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Experience conducting financial analysis
