What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist the COB & DM departments with daily administrative activities and tasks
- Communicate with Medicare, insurance companies, providers, and employer groups for member eligibility details
- Accurately enter member, group, and claim information into Cotiviti tools and systems
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations in all data handling
- Meet productivity and quality standards as established by the Team Lead and/or Manager

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or General Educational Development (GED) required
- 0-1 years of prior experience in an administrative support function
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail in documentation and information review

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 1 year of experience with the employer is recommended for internal candidates
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively both individually and in a team
