What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct audits of Tribal Gaming Operations to ensure compliance with the Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact and federal regulations
- Compile and review financial information, including tribal contributions, for accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with Tribal Gaming Offices and Gaming Facility Operators to resolve non-compliance issues
- Conduct specialized audits, including fraud audits and financial investigations
- Manage assignments independently, applying analytical skills to gather and interpret information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of two years of accounting/auditing experience
- Deep understanding of the Arizona Tribal-State Gaming Compact and auditing principles
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently on complex assignments

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CMA, or CFE
- Experience in the gaming industry or with financial statement analysis
- Familiarity with gaming regulations and compliance standards
