What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and execute internal audit projects in compliance with the International Professional Practices Framework (IPPF)
- Lead follow-up processes to ensure timely resolution of audit issues and improvements
- Assist external auditors and regulators as required
- Identify and report potentially harmful practices affecting consumers
- Maintain objectivity and up-to-date competencies in audit delivery

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of experience in internal audit, external audit, or risk control positions, preferably in banking or Fintech organizations
- Strong analytical skills for assessing internal control weaknesses
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication abilities
- IT audit background is required; active CISA is preferred
