      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct audits of the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) and related compliance requirements
      - Prepare and issue audit reports detailing hazards and risks found during audits
      - Perform inspections and audits of contractor activities supporting CAMP requirements
      - Manage, monitor, and coordinate Safety Management System (SMS) activities
      - Promote safety and advise on the performance of SMS, ensuring effectiveness of safety risk controls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance
      - Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Airworthiness Directives
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and apply critical thinking skills to audits
      - Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and report writing skills
      - Must be able to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - FAA A&P License preferred
      - Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and IT systems knowledge
      - Understanding or use of Six Sigma methodology
      - Experience in using and manipulating relational databases
