What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct audits of the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) and ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and issue audit reports regarding hazards and risks found during audits
- Perform inspections and audits of contractor activities supporting CAMP requirements
- Manage, monitor, and coordinate Safety Management System (SMS) activities
- Advise the accountable executive on the performance of the SMS and recommend improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and Airworthiness Directives
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Excellent organization, prioritization, presentation, and report writing skills
- Minimum of 5 years of aviation maintenance or maintenance support experience
- Valid passport and driver's license required for travel

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- FAA A&P License preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and IT systems knowledge such as TRAX and SCEPTRE
- Understanding or use of Six Sigma methodology
- Extensive knowledge of Excel and relational databases
- Experience in Maintenance, Quality Assurance, or Regulatory Compliance in aviation
