What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage audio, lighting, video, and stage setup for weekend services and events
- Lead and train volunteer teams in technical aspects of production
- Ensure the smooth execution of all technical elements during services and events
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance the overall experience for attendees
- Maintain and troubleshoot technical equipment as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Previous experience in audio, lighting, video, and stage setup
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead volunteer teams effectively
- Creative mindset with a passion for serving a higher purpose
- Excellent technical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Availability to work 20-24 hours per week, including weekends and evenings

- Certification or training in audio and lighting technology
