      Job summary

Due to increasing demand and company expansion, we are recruiting to increase our clinical teams.

Autism 360 is part of the widely established ADHD 360 Ltd. We continue to expand our clinical team as we increase our remote private and NHS assessment offer throughout the UK and beyond. We are moving to a seven day service to maximise availability for those seeking an assessment. We are looking for responsive, compassionate and focused clinicians committed to serving and supporting the autistic community.

      The Autism 360 team

You will be part of a growing team of highly experienced, dynamic autism professionals, comprising of nurses and allied health professionals. We are an organisation that cares, listens and wants to help. We pride ourselves on offering a high quality, time-efficient service.

We look beyond a diagnosis; we do not just focus upon identifying any diagnosis, but supporting the person to understand it for themselves through our range of aftercare options. The service supports professional development of its team members, with potential progression opportunities for the right team member.

We operate within a multidisciplinary team model, whilst empowering clinical decision making of each clinician. This provides a balance of support, collaboration and belonging.

PLEASE NOTE: We are looking for candidates already trained in the ADOS, rather than those looking to pursue training in this area.

      Main duties of the job

      The role:

We pride ourselves on being responsive to the needs of those accessing the service. As such, the structure and duties of each day can vary to meet these needs.

      • Obtain detailed developmental history through clinical interview.
      • Evaluation of available evidence against diagnostic criteria.
      • Accurate and timely record keeping of all contacts and assessments.
      • Contribute to multi-disciplinary team (MDT) discussions and decision making.
      • Communicating the outcome of assessments with those accessing the service.
      • Develop defensible written reports, presenting complex information in a clear and accessible way.
      • Participate in post diagnostic webinars or other aftercare offers.
      • Work across a six day service, including some evenings.

      About us

      Our guiding principles and values:

At Autism 360 we hold ourselves up the following principles within all aspects of our work:

      • Empathy; towards those using the service, their family and towards each other.
      • Focus; We do what needs to be done, only what needs to be done, and we do it with precision.
      • Impute; We impute quality with every interaction and detail. Every contact or action is designed to make a positive difference.

Acceptance, respect, protection and encouragement of others and learning are our core values. These are visible in our practices, policies and interactions.

      Why join Autism 360?

In addition to joining a team that is as committed to supporting its staff as those who access the service, you will receive the following:

      • Up to 28 days annual leave (pro-rata), plus bank holidays and additional birthday leave.
      • Contributory pension scheme.
      • Regular supervision and feedback opportunities.

      • CPD opportunities to continually enhance your skill and knowledge
      • All technology needed for the role and to maintain connection to the rest of the team.
      • Invite to full team summer and winter organisation-wide social and learning events to maximise connectedness and professional relationship fellowship.

  • About the company

National Health Service (NHS) is the umbrella term for the publicly-funded healthcare systems of the United Kingdom (UK). The founding principles were that services should be comprehensive, universal and free at the point of delivery—a health service based on clinical need, not ability to pay. Each service provides a comprehensive range of health services, free at the point of use for people ordinarily resident in the United Kingdom apart from dental treatment and optical care.
