      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Respond to inquiries from individuals with autism, family members, and caregivers via phone, email, and chat
      - Provide community navigation and support services for Spanish-speaking constituents
      - Build partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders in the Chicagoland area
      - Track contacts and efforts using an online CRM database and execute data collection
      - Maintain and curate Autism Speaks resource databases with a focus on Spanish-speaking resources

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum Bachelor’s degree
      - Internal candidates: At least 3 years as an ART Associate with Autism Speaks; external candidates: 5+ years in information and referral, case management, or service navigation
      - Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
      - Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and database entry

      - Experience in autism care navigation and service systems
      - Ability to maintain high interaction numbers while managing additional responsibilities
      - Strong organizational skills and professionalism
      - Experience with social media and webinar platforms
