What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Investigate claims through telephone and email contact with customers
- Analyze information obtained through investigation to evaluate assigned claims
- Verify/analyze coverage and determine the course of action
- Assign claims to appropriate claim units when outside the scope of Service Center handling
- Establish and review reserves, input claim information, and maintain accurate documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Understanding of Commercial and Personal Automobile policy language and endorsements
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Valid state-issued driver's license in good standing
- Adjuster licenses in states requiring the same (obtain within 3 months of hire)
- 1-3 years of claim handling experience preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Familiarity with claim handling in the insurance industry
