      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the subject matter expert in control valves and actuation, providing technical leadership and support
      - Collaborate with sales teams and key accounts to drive actuation and control valve sales
      - Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and create tailored product solutions
      - Organize and lead technical training seminars for sales teams and channel partners
      - Act as the local technical expert to troubleshoot and resolve field-level problems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
      - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in engineering, technical sales, or industrial sales, particularly with valves or flow control products
      - Strong understanding of control valves and actuation systems
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective customer service and relationship management
      - Willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Knife Gate Valves, and Control Valves
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Dynamics 365 or other CRM software
