What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee automated operations processes and resolve production incidents
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of automated processes
- Identify and develop solutions to prevent incidents from recurring
- Collaborate with business subject matter experts to enhance existing automation solutions
- Assist in onboarding new automation technologies, including cognitive automation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ideally, 3+ years of experience in Automation Anywhere Enterprise and in Java (or an equivalent object-oriented programming language)
- Experience with Alteryx (or other data analysis tools)
- Strong software troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of programming constructs (Python, VBA.net, VBScript) in a MS Windows-based enterprise software environment
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills
