Summary:

This Management Consultant will be onsite in Phoenix, Arizona. You will oversee and manage our onsite resources, communicate with client and have account management activities. You will ensure high-quality deliverables and enhanced customer satisfaction. This role will lead project scope communication, aligning with multiple enterprise teams, and implementing strategies to boost application stability and delivery quality. The manager is responsible for developing innovative solutions and managing project escalations effectively. You will be working closely with a Client Partner and Managing Director of Delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building strong relationships with existing and new managers/directors
• Identify opportunities for additional services. Should be able to discuss and understand business needs from clients
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
• Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering professional growth.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to the team.
• Will work on administrative activities like onboarding new team members or follow up with client on account set up, etc.
• Technical acumen and basic understanding of software development/IT background would be a plus. (Enough to have basic conversations with the client, but doesn't need to be super technical resource.
