What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Audit automotive files to assess the validity of goodwill claims
- Verify documentation and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Interact with agents, dealerships, and clients to correct and complete files
- Handle help desk calls from contact center agents regarding financial opportunities for customers
- Provide timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or similar)
- Ability to work shifts within Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern time
- Strong computer navigation and typing skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree
- Experience with case escalation, leadership, and mentoring
