What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors
- Review repair orders and negotiate for proper service intervals, fluids, and pricing
- Contact clients to provide recommendations and explain repair procedures
- Assess warranty applications and issue purchase orders according to operating procedures
- Locate and suggest proper service locations for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must live in Phoenix, AZ area or surrounding Arizona counties
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership
- Flexibility to work different shifts as needed
