What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to client orders submitted via phone and email
- Review and negotiate pricing for automotive services based on manufacturer guidelines
- Create and issue purchase orders according to operating procedures
- Communicate repair recommendations and gain client approval for suggested services
- Suggest appropriate service locations for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six (6) months of customer service experience required
- Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership preferred
