      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide timely and friendly responses to orders submitted by phone and email
      - Review proposals to ensure appropriate services are performed according to manufacturer intervals and pricing
      - Negotiate pricing and apply warranty applications while issuing purchase orders
      - Communicate with clients to provide recommendations, explain repair procedures, and obtain approval
      - Recommend service locations to clients and internal business partners

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Six (6) months of customer service experience required
      - Six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience required
      - Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
      - Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Degree in Automotive Technology preferred
      - ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications preferred
      - Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership is preferred
