What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide timely responses to orders submitted by phone and email in an efficient and friendly manner
- Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturers' guidelines
- Negotiate pricing and apply warranty applications while creating purchase orders
- Contact clients to explain proposed repair procedures and gain approval
- Recommend service locations and repair options to internal business partners

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of six (6) months of customer service experience
- Minimum of six (6) months of automotive maintenance or repair experience
- Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan area or surrounding MO/IL counties
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Degree in Automotive Technology
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications
- Experience in a lube shop, tire shop, repair facility, or dealership
