Job Description

Auto Parts Pro Trainee is responsible for getting customers the right part the first time. That means lots of NAPA Know How. That means you need to be a solid listener, comfortable with electronic and paper catalogs. It also means you need a solid understanding of automotive systems. Don't worry we don't expect you to know it all. We have the only dedicated manufacturer representative sales force of it's kind and they are always in our stores training you, answering questions and making sure that you know the products and are up on the latest industry trends. Most importantly you are there to deliver world class customer service. You need to enjoy helping people and take pride in having someone walk out of our stores in a better spot then they walked in. As a trainee you have the opportunity to learn the parts industry and help build your foundation for your future. This training includes learning the delivery sysytem. This is a great opportunity to meet local shop owners and customers. The job also requires stocking, building displays, and general cleaning and upkeep of the store.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Auto Parts Experience a Plus but not required
• Able to work nights or weekends
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working an entire shift on your feet
• Spanish speaking a plus
• Able to work as part of a team in a fast paced environment
• Must really enjoy helping people
• Must have clean driving record
• 18 years and older
• Great customer service skills
