This position is through an independently owned and operated NAPA Auto Parts Store where the individual store owner is your employer.

Job Description

As a member of our team, you will deliver exceptional customer service to our wholesale and retail customers in a timely, professional manner ensuring a positive customer experience.

Retail Associate’s also assist with maintaining store appearance, operating a cash register, navigating computer and paper catalog systems, ensuring shelves are accurately stocked and assumes other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must have valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record and the ability to maintain it. Reliable transportation

Effective communication, time management and decision-making skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the business needs.

This position requires, standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, climbing and ascending/descending stairs. Requires standing for relatively long periods of time. It also requires frequent bending, climbing, movement and lifting of up to 50 pounds during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products.

Knowledge of replacement parts for the aftermarket repair industry by working in the automotive industry or having gained your experience tinkering with vehicles through the years.
