Our facility features a state-of-the-art service drive-through, an efficient and modern shop designed for increased productivity, and a spacious, up-to-date customer lounge—all built to provide an exceptional service experience.

      We are seeking an experienced, bilingual Service Advisor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to build long-term customer relationships and achieve the success you deserve in a thriving service environment.

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Oversee service orders and manage the flow of the Service Lane.
      • Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
      • Take ownership of the customer experience, handling additional tasks that enhance satisfaction.
      • Provide concierge-level support for owner inquiries—both in-person and over the phone—to guarantee a seamless experience.
      • Maintain optimal technician scheduling, ensuring their time is fully utilized for service customers.
      • Efficiently distribute work among technicians to maximize productivity.
      • Answer technical questions related to vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
      • Maintain Customer Success Index ratings at or above company standards.
      • Assist in diagnosing vehicle issues and ordering necessary parts and tools.
      • Oversee warranty claim administration while training and supervising service department personnel.
      • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and dealership policies.
      • Foster positive relationships with factory representatives while maintaining a strong team environment.

      What We’re Looking For:

      • Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) to effectively assist a diverse customer base.
      • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
      • A reliable, self-starter mentality with an ambitious drive for success.
      • Eagerness to learn product details quickly and improve continuously.
      • A professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
      • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
      • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
      • An understanding of listening and empathy in customer interactions.
      • A strong work ethic, thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
      • At least one year of prior experience in customer-facing service or phone-based customer interactions.
      • Enthusiasm, reliability, and a positive "team-player" attitude.
      • Openness to constructive feedback for continuous improvement and development.
      • Strong computer and multitasking skills, proficient with industry-related software.
