What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain maintenance training records for compliance and quality assurance
- Deliver various training sessions, including New Hire and Aircraft Model Specific training
- Assist maintenance personnel with training inquiries and educational needs
- Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training events
- Travel across the U.S. up to 50% of the time for training and operational support

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid FAA Airframe & Power Plant License
- Minimum of 5 years of helicopter maintenance experience, including 2 years under CFR part 135 HAA
- Recent (within the last 6 months) experience with RAMCO for at least 2 years
- Recent (within the last 6 months) experience as an AMT, maintaining an EC145 helicopter, or providing formal instruction on the EC145

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector capacity
- Prior training experience in the rotor wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
