      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain maintenance training records
      - Deliver training for New Hire, Aircraft Model Specific, and Maintenance tracking software
      - Assist maintenance employees with general training questions and needs
      - Coordinate factory, recurrent, and continuing education training
      - Develop maintenance Learning Management System training classes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
      - Valid FAA Airframe & Power Plant License
      - Minimum of 5 years of helicopter maintenance experience, including 2 years under CFR part 135 HAA environment
      - Recent experience (within the last 6 months) with RAMCO
      - Experience maintaining an EC145 helicopter or providing formal instruction on the EC145 helicopter

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior training experience in the rotor wing industry and/or Methods of Instruction training (MOI)
      - Experience functioning in a supervisory, project manager, or inspector capacity
