      Job Description:

      Role Summary/Purpose:

      This role of a Configuration Analyst will be responsible for implementing technology solutions within the Fiserv suite of products/applications: Signature, Aperio, Communicator, Docplus and Nautilus. Will work closely with various cross functional teams in understanding, designing, implementing and maintaining efficient and robust solutions.

      Essential Responsibilities:

      • Manage configuration, testing support and inquiries for all projects, including system upgrades.

      • Define, understand and analyze business requirements, processes and supporting technologies.

      • Configure and maintain core banking system with appropriate business rules to support various products and services.

      • Design, configure, and maintain letter templates with business rules and data mappings to automate document generation from multiples sources, including xml, csv, sql, etc.

      • Responsible for configuring, maintaining and optimizing process within content management system, including DIP, COLD, Workflows, etc.

      • Build and automate workflow solutions in Aperio, Docplus and Nautilus for back office support.

      • Partner with cross functional teams such as operations, marketing, finance, etc. to build and provide technical solutions.

      • Communicate effectively with various teams across business and technology.

      • Create and perform functional analysis and design process flows.

      • Create and maintain all documentation and change controls.

      • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned.

      Qualifications/Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 4 years of IT experience or in lieu of degree HS diploma/GED and 7 years of IT experience

      • Minimum of 2 years of Agile experience.

      • Strong knowledge of SQL, VB Scripts, Java Scripts, stored procedures.

      • Strong knowledge of Fiserv applications – Signature, Aperio, Docplus and Nautilus.

      • Proficient in Agile framework, JIRA, MS Suite

      Desired Characteristics:

      • Strong and broad understanding of financial services and banking business processes and practices.

      • Good understanding and experience in modern core banking platform and ecosystem.

      • Technical/Configuration experience with Fiserv suite of products : Signature, Aperio, Communicator, Docplus and Nautilus.

      • Understand system integration and bank architecture, end to end dependencies and impact to all processes.

      • Demonstrated ability to drive change and work effectively across various business functions.

      • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities

      • Proven track record of leading and executing large, complex and critical business projects.

      • Excellent issue and risk management, thinking out-of-the-box solutions to reach key business goals.

      • Great work ethic, agile, and seek continuous improvement.

      • Strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills.

      • Understanding knowledge of APIs, Services, Messaging, meta data, etc.

      Grade/Level: 10

      The salary range for this position is 75,000.00 - 130,000.00 USD Annual and is eligible for an annual bonus based on individual and company performance.

      Actual compensation offered within the posted salary range will be based upon work experience, skill level or knowledge.

      Salaries are adjusted according to market in CA, NY Metro and Seattle.

      Eligibility Requirements:

      • You must be 18 years or older

      • You must have a high school diploma or equivalent

      • You must be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation and submit fingerprints as part of the onboarding process

      • You must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.

      • New hires (Level 4-7) must have 9 months of continuous service with the company before they are eligible to post on other roles. Once this new hire time in position requirement is met, the associate will have a minimum 6 months’ time in position before they can post for future non-exempt roles. Employees, level 8 or greater, must have at least 18 months’ time in position before they can post. All internal employees must consistently meet performance expectations and have approval from your manager to post (or the approval of your manager and HR if you don’t meet the time in position or performance expectations).
