Develop and drive visionary internal and external communication strategies aligning with our business goals.
Contribute to crafting a comprehensive 3-5 year communications roadmap, steering our evolution.
Identify and implement innovative technologies that empower communication across our complex organization.
Own and execute crisis communications strategies, safeguarding our integrity and reputation.
Collaborate closely with legal and the Senior Leadership Team to navigate challenging situations.
Cultivate and drive internal and external communication strategies that deepen relationships.
Collaborate on executive communication strategies, crafting messages that inspire and lead.
Cultivate strong relationships, providing counsel and influence to business leaders.
Refine public relations and philanthropic communication strategies that resonate.
Champion our community relations initiatives, making a positive impact beyond our walls.
Collaborate cross-functionally to shape Safelite's culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing communications team, focusing on growth and collaboration.
Drive performance management and talent development, nurturing leaders within the team.
Oversee corporate events, ensuring each one reflects our commitment to relationships and leadership.
Manage vendor relationships with a personal touch , aligning with our brand and values.
Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent experience.
10+ years in corporate communications, PR, or community relations.
5+ years of experience as a people leader with a p roven track record of driving employee engagement and satisfaction.
Experience in crisis communications and navigating complex organizational structures.
Willing to travel into Columbus, OH once a month as needed (3-4 days at a time)
