      JOB SUMMARY: This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our presence within federal agencies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the federal procurement process, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.

      JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

      1. Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals and market expansion within the federal government sector.
      2. Build and sustain trusted relationships with key decision-makers in federal agencies, particularly within executive leadership offices. Understand federal buyer behavior and tailor sales strategies to meet their unique procurement needs.
      3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including RFPs, RFQs, and other procurement processes.
      4. Foster and maintain strong relationships with federal partners, resellers, and system integrators. Collaborate with small and large business partners to expand go-to-market opportunities and enhance win probability through channels
      5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies.
      6. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
      7. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership.
      8. Ensure compliance with all federal regulations and procurement guidelines.
      9. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote federal sales initiatives.
      10. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of federal contracting vehicles to efficiently navigate procurement processes.
      11. Collaborate closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet federal requirements and are positioned effectively in the market.
      12. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
      13. Demonstrate Company's Core Competencies and values held within.

      JOB SCOPE:
      This position works independently under minimal supervision to complete the assigned job responsibilities. Work performed is often varied and complex requiring a reliance on a knowledge base built through experience. The incumbent follows established procedures and uses knowledge of the company's general business principles, industry dynamics, market trends, and specific operation details when performing the duties of the position as assigned.

      JOB REQUIREMENTS (Education, Experience, and Training):

      * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
      * Minimum of 7-10 years experience in sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in the federal segment.
      * Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
      * Deep understanding of the federal procurement process and government contracting.
      * Strong leadership and team management skills.
      * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      * Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
      * Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
      * Ability to travel 70%.
      * Required licensures, professional certifications, and/or Board certifications as applicable
      * Individual in this position must be able to work in a standard office environment which requires sitting and viewing monitor(s) for extended periods of time, operating standard office equipment such as, but not limited to, a keyboard, copier and telephone
