      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive training and mentorship strategy aligned with business goals
      - Improve advisor efficiency through best practices in planning, advisory, and sales enablement
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in financial planning, investment strategies, and regulatory compliance
      - Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to measure and enhance program efficiency
      - Report training outcomes and business impact to senior leadership

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Wealth Management
      - 10+ years of experience in adult learning, practice management, and sales coaching
      - Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation along with Series 7, 3, 63, and 65 licenses
      - Strong knowledge of wealth management regulations and ethical standards
      - Proficiency in developing training programs and coaching sales teams to improve performance

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with sales enablement tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and learning management systems (LMS)
      - Ability to analyze sales performance data for strategy refinement
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective training delivery
